You will have access to the courses for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How long does each course take to complete?
Each course is designed to be completed in an hour or less. You have 12 months to complete the course at your own pace.
Will the courses be updated with new tax year figures?
Yes, the courses will be updated to reflect the current tax year. If an update occurs during your 12-month access period, you will be notified that new material is available.
Do I receive evidence of completing the training?
Yes, upon successfully completing the knowledge check, you will receive a skills badge that can be added to your social media profiles.
Can I access the courses outside of the UK?
Yes, the courses are fully online and can be accessed from any time zone.
Do the prices include VAT?
All prices listed on the storefront are exclusive of any VAT. VAT or other country specific taxes will be determind during the sign up and checkout process.
Can I access the courses on my mobile or other devices?
Yes, the courses are designed to display correctly on any device.
How many times can I complete each course?
You can complete each course as many times as you like within your 12-month access period. You can navigate to individual units or complete the entire course as needed.
Can I share my access?
No, licenses are limited to one individual, and skills badges are linked to that profile.
Can I see my team’s progress?
Currently, this feature is not available, but it is a future improvement we are working on. Team members can share their skills badges to encourage peer-to-peer learning and healthy competition.
What happens to my access after the 12-month subscription ends?
You will be notified when your subscription is ending and can purchase an additional 12 months of access. If you choose not to renew, your record and progress will be kept for another 12 months, and you can reactivate your account at any time upon payment.
How quickly will I get access to my course?
You will get instant access if you pay by credit or debit card via the website.
How many courses are available?
There are 16 courses available, arranged into four pathways. Each pathway consists of four courses combined into a suggested course of study.
Can I earn CPD points for these courses?
Yes, each course is worth one CIPP CPD point. You can earn a maximum of 10 CPD points for these courses in a CPD year.
What are pathways?
Pathways are collections of four courses, centred around a suggested course of study. Booking a pathway will give you the most comprehensive learning experience on that subject. If none of the premade pathways are right for you, you have the option to create your own pathway for the most flexible learning experience.
What are bundles?
In addition to pathways, you can also bundle pathways together and save even more.
Currently only the pre-made pathways are available to bundle.
I manage a team. Can I buy multiple seats?
Yes, you can buy multiple seats to Payroll QuickLearn courses and then allocate those seats to your team members via your account.
What is Payroll QuickLearn Unlimited?
Payroll QuickLearn Unlimited gives you 12 months unrestricted access to the full library of courses currently available, plus any that release during your 12-month access window.
Like the individual courses, Payroll QuickLearn Unlimited is a one seat licence, and you would need to purchase multiple licences for a team.
How do I manage my licences / seats?
If you have purchased multiple seats on a Payroll QuickLearn training course, you can manage your teams access to that content through your account.

If you have just purchased your course, you will see an option to manage your licenses on the order confirmation screen. Simply click to access. If you are not ready to do this yet, you can access this page by logging on to your store account and scrolling down to Manage licenses.
I am a CIPP member, why don’t my login details work on the e-learning store?
Your e-learning store account is created using our online learning platform, Brightspace, and is not connected to your MyCIPP account on the main website.
If you have undertaken any training – online or face to face – with IPPE / CIPP since 2022, you will likely have a Brightspace account already. If you cannot remember your login details, please try a forgotten password reset here https://learning.ippeducation.co.uk/d2l/lp/forgotPassword/forgotPassword.d2l
If you don’t have a Brightspace account, one will be created for you during the checkout process on the e-learning store.

Why is the e-learning store IPP Education and not CIPP?
The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) is the Chartered body for payroll professionals in the UK.
IPP Education (IPPE) is a subsidiary of the CIPP, responsible for developing and delivering qualifications, training and consultancy.
All IPPE products and services are fully approved by the CIPP.
